Consultancy Services

In addition to our building services we also offer Property Consultancy Services for clients which includes but not limited to Property Surveying, Feasibility Appraisal, reviewing and advising on development plans, drafting Full Description of Works, Programme Schedule and Tender document.

Our fee is £50p/hr/£150 ex. VAT based on three hours consultancy work - additional time will apply depending on the size/scale of the project.

Please note this fee is refundable if Calletta is instructed to carry out the works.
