"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for all the help you have given us in setting up our new office. I had a firm idea of the type of bespoke reception desk our office needed to give clients a sense of quality and the 'wow' factor first impression.
You arranged to meet with me and I was impressed at how attentive you were in ensuring you clearly understood what I wanted to achieve. You offered to take my concept away and work on the practicalities of sourcing materials and how to construct such an individual piece of furniture, with its odd curves, illuminated Perspex front and subtle business logo engraving.
