With this in mind we offer all potential clients a free initial consultation to look over the property and discuss your ideas, aspirations and concerns. We understand every client and project is unique so our service can be tailored to suit.

  • Initial consultation to discuss work, design options/ideas to fit within budget

  • Calletta produce a detailed Description of Works and itemised cost breakdown for each stage

  • Draft Programme Schedule

  • Contract signed off at pre-start meeting

We strongly believe in being upfront about each stage and all costs involved so our clients have full visibility at all times. Once the Contract is signed off any alterations are treated as variations. Fortnightly valuations are carried out detailing the % work completed against the Description of Works and the projected final account. Enabling clients to budget as the project evolves and progresses.
